The Hospers City Council met in regular session on Monday, February 21, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. with Mayor Dykstra presiding. Council members present: Zevenbergen, Otto, Thompson, Kramer and Vander Wilt.
Motion by Vander Wilt, seconded Zevenbergen to approve the February 21, 2022, Agenda. Carried.
Motion by Thompson, seconded Vander Wilt to approve the payment of unpaid bills. Carried.

Discussion regarding possible locations for future Fire and Rescue Station.
Discussion regarding current state and deterioration of various structures in town.
Discussion regarding Wellness Center and updating existing equipment within the facility.
Motion by Vander Wilt, seconded Thompson to replace the air bike and elliptical trainer, totaling $4,750.00. Motion carried.
Discussion regarding competitive wage adjustment for City employees. Motion by Zevenbergen, seconded Kramer to increase current wages for City employees.
Motion by Vander Wilt, seconded Zevenbergen to approve the February 21, 2022, meeting Minutes. Carried.
Motion by Vander Wilt, seconded Kramer to adjourn at 6:09 p.m. Carried.
