It’s that time of year again to sign your child(ren) up for all those fun summer activities! It feels great to say that time of year is right around the corner!
Last year was the first year we did not have the summer rec sign up night at the Hospers Community Building and instead posted all forms here on the City of Hospers website as well as the City of Hospers Summer Rec Facebook page. We received positive feedback regarding this process and will, therefore, proceed the same way this year. This allows you time to fill the forms out when it works for you. All forms and payment can be dropped off or mailed to Heidi at the City Office.
Attached are the forms for this summer with the exception of the Vacation Bible School registration form. That form is yet to come and will be posted when it becomes available.

*Hospers Swimming Lessons form – public
PLEASE NOTE: if you’d like to sign your child(ren) up for private swimming lessons, you can call Heidi at the City Office and she will put you on a list after getting some information from you. Otherwise, you are welcome to wait and call the Hospers Swimming Pool directly when it opens.
